All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.<\/p><p><strong>Return process<\/strong><\/p><p>To return an item, log in to your account, go to your purchase history, find the order you wish to return and click on \u201cReturn this item\u201d. Follow the instructions to create the return order, choose either refund or exchange. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
