Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return process

To return an item, log in to your account, go to your purchase history, find the order you wish to return and click on “Return this item”. Follow the instructions to create the return order, choose either refund or exchange. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for your return. Pack the item securely with all accessories and original packaging, apply the return label we provided and drop it off at any post office.

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Prepaid cards
• Damaged products

Please Note – For all cellphone and tablet returns

• Please remember to remove all Apple/Google/Samsung accounts, passwords, passcodes, pattern locks, and other restrictions from the device.
• Please reset the device to factory settings only after removing the password and Goolge/Samsung/Apple accounts.
• Refund will not be issued in case of a locked device.
• A 10% restocking fee will be charged for any missing accessories, packaging or damage to the product.
