We have various shipping options available – “per order,” “per item,” or “per pound” – and the shipping cost is calculated based on your chosen option. We even offer free shipping in select categories or site wide for certain shipping options.
Title to Products
When you purchase products through Raza.com/marketplace, the responsibility and ownership of the products transfer to you upon delivery to your specified address. We trust the carrier to safely transport your items, and any loss, theft, or damage after delivery is not our responsibility.
Shipping Timing
To provide you with accurate estimated arrival dates, we display this information on the product page and during the checkout process. You can choose an estimated arrival date from the options provided. Entering your shipping ZIP code or allowing us to use your current location further improves the accuracy of the estimated arrival date. Please note that certain products may require additional processing time before shipping, affecting the estimated arrival date. Should you encounter any issues with receiving your product, please notify us within the designated return and exchange time period, and we may be able to offer you a replacement.
PO boxes:
Please be aware that there may be restrictions on shipping certain products to a PO box address, or it may cause delays. If any of your items cannot be shipped to a PO box, we will provide alternative shipping options in your cart and inform you accordingly.

How to Change Shipping or Pickup Options After an Order Has Been Placed
Need to modify your shipping or pickup preferences? Update your order quickly.
You have the flexibility to change your shipping options as long as we haven’t initiated the shipping process, typically within 30 minutes of placing your order (although it may be shorter during busy holiday seasons).
Here are the important timeframes to be aware of:
If you want to:
– Alter your shipping method
– Switch from shipping to store pickup
– Change the shipping address
Please inform us within 30 minutes.
If you want to:
– Modify the store pickup location
– Change the designated person for order pickup
Please notify us within 5 days.
For store pickup items, we will hold them at the store for 5 days. In the event that you don’t collect your items within this timeframe, we will cancel the order and provide a refund through your original payment method. If you are unable to pick up your order within 5 days and want to avoid cancellation, please review your order details for extended pickup options.
Shipping To a Military Address – APO/FPO
We are temporarily unable to ship items to Army Post Office (APO) or Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Can I ship items in the same order to multiple addresses?
Multiple items can be placed, but they must be sent to a single address that matches your credit card billing address.
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping on orders $35 and up.
“Enjoy complimentary standard shipping for orders totaling $35 and above. On eligible items, you’ll see free shipping indicated on the product page and in your shopping cart, along with an estimated arrival date. Please note that the $35 order threshold applies after applying coupons but before factoring in taxes. It excludes certain digital downloads, e-gift cards, special orders, items labeled as specialty items, scheduled delivery items, and any items that have been canceled or removed from the order.”

This means that the risk of loss and title for these products transfer to you upon the carrier’s delivery to your designated ship-to address. After delivery, Raza is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.
Shipping Timing:
You can find the estimated arrival date for each product on the product page and during the checkout process. When checking out, you have the option to select an estimated arrival date from the choices provided.
For greater accuracy in estimating your arrival date, you can enter your shipping destination ZIP code or allow Raza.com to use your current location. Some products may require additional processing days before shipping, which will be reflected in the estimated arrival date.
If, for any reason, you do not receive your product, you may be eligible for a replacement product if you notify us during the designated return and exchange time period.
