Cancellation Period:

Raza customers may request the cancellation of their order until one of the following conditions are met:

• The shipping label is printed.
• Within one hour of placing the order.

To request an order cancellation:

Customers can request a cancellation by logging into My Account > My Orders and selecting Cancel and Request Refund for the relevant order. Please enter the reason for the refund and submit your request.

Our support team will review it and proceed with cancellation. You may cancel the request yourself anytime until it is accepted or rejected by the administrator.

Cancellation Confirmation:

Upon receiving a cancellation request, we will review the order status.

If the order is eligible for cancellation based on the specified conditions, we will confirm the cancellation request with the customer.

Refund Process:

If the cancellation request is approved and the customer has already made a payment, we will process the refund within [2-3 ] business days.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise specified by the customer.

Shipped Orders:

If an order has already been shipped or processed for shipment before a cancellation request is received, customers will need to follow our return and exchange policy.

Non-Eligible Orders:

Orders from clearance, customized, personalized, or made-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation after a certain point in the production process. Customers will be informed of such cases.

Restocking Fees:

In some cases, a 10-15% restocking fee may apply to canceled orders, especially for large or specialized items. The fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Changes to Orders:

We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before placing them. If changes are necessary, customers should contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate their requests.
