Return policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
How to Return an Item?
1. Log in to your account and go to My Orders.
2. Find the item you want to return and click “Cancel and Request Refund.”
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to create your return.
We’ll email you a prepaid shipping label—just pack the item securely with all original packaging and accessories, stick the label on, and drop it off at any post office.

Good news: Return shipping is on us—we’ll cover or reimburse the cost.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Prepaid cards
- Damaged products
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please Note – For all cellphone and tablet returns
- Please remember to remove all Apple/Google/Samsung accounts, passwords, passcodes, pattern locks, and other restrictions from the device.
- Please reset the device to factory settings only after removing the password and Goolge/Samsung/Apple accounts.
- Refund will not be issued in case of a locked device.
- A 10% restocking fee will be charged for any missing accessories, packaging or damage to the product.
